Our AQUASTOP is installed in the cold water supply and contains a shut-off valve. As soon as the floor sensor comes into contact with water, the device immediately shuts off the water flow.
This provides protection against material fatigue, potential installation errors, or even unexpected pressure surges in the pipe system.
This protection extends to all installations located downstream of the valve.
That’s why it makes sense to install the device directly at the angle valve.
Thanks to standard 3/8" connections, the AQUASTOP usually fits directly into any kitchen water supply without the need for an adapter.
